Final tweak up for the Giro
Minale Tattersfield was commissioned to roll-out the entire branding for the Giro del Trentino, the prestigious four day stage race and precursor to the world famous Giro d'Italia, which for professional cyclists is the second most prominent race in the world, behind the Tours de France.

New beginning under Forte Oil
In 1996, prior to undertaking some branding work for So energy, I was observing how petroleum brands in Sub-Saharan Africa were marketing themselves, and it occurred to me how African Petroleum brazenly applied the typographic style of the Raymond Loewy's BP emblem. Recalling its erstwhile parent identity was intentional of course as African Petroleum was previously part of the BP family, BP of Nigeria Ltd as it was formerly known from 1964 until 1974.

The Ukranian filling station operator Parallel, one of the country's major fuel retailers, is steering an unconventional course with this online marketing campaign. Sitting on a blank background (or invisible car seat) the seductive gaze leaves you thinking: "What is Parallel's real point?"

Sungai Perak rest service area, Malaysia
During my tour of venacular Malay architecture, I made a point of stopping off at Sungai Perak's Rest and Service Area. The highway rest stop, under licence from Petronas, is located on the North-South Expressway (NSE) Northern Route (E1) – a 772 kilometre stretch linking Kuala Lumpur to Bangkok and the longest expressway in Malaysia.
